Axie by Vantaggiofrom grey and multi Axie by VantaggioHuacayaFemaleLight Fawn AOA# DOB: 5/28/20193 yrs Axi is a daughter of the multi-champion Vantaggio Di Bisturi. He is a gorgeous grey guy that we do not happen to own any of his offspring or have those genetics. So needless to say we were very excited to obtain Axi. Even more so now that her mother passed away unexpectedly. She is a light fawn color that I happen to really like.
We think it will be really fun to see what she is capable of producing in any color. We were very excited that our newcomer a big brawny dense rose grey guy decided he wanted to breed with Axi. She just birthed a nice brawny, boy fairly effortlessly on her own. Waiting to see how she enjoys motherhood....

In various shows he was entered as rose grey, moved to bay black and then in another show he was entered in dark brown. His fleece score cards showed above average density with very nice handle/micron and brightness. This guy had the heaviest blanket 7.2 pounds over 11 pounds total shear in 2021! Considering he is approaching middle-age that is pretty impressive.
He is certainly eye catching. His stance and his beautiful head, with fleece of an almost maroon hue. Nice conformation. We anticipate he got his nice density and fleece from his sire, also a champion, Accoyo America's Hawkeye. Dizzy is out of a ...

Dancing Elk's Julietlovely dense fleece Dancing Elk's JulietHuacayaFemaleMedium Rose Grey AOA# DOB: 8/9/20174 yrs When you casually stroll through show grounds at the Nationals and happen to come across the sweetest guy ever named Romeo. Then later are told they did a repeat breed and are hoping for a Juliet. Not only does that happen, but they both come all the way from Montana to join our herd.
Juliet in her cria fleece, just wow! At her first show in Denver the halter judge singled her out to check her color in the grey class and said she is a roan color and was in the right class. She noted her conformation and good substance of bone. In walking fleece she received a maximum score in uniformity of color & length, a 7 of 10 in brightness and 7.5 of 10 in uniformity of micron and above average...

Kisu's Kingsleygrow and glow Kisu's KingsleySuriFemaleWhite AOA# DOB: 9/25/20192 yrs We were ecstatic to finally get a girl from our best producing dam that had given us 3 boys in a row.
We thought that if this girl turns out anything like her full older brother, we are already beyond thankful. Super strong and sturdy at birth. Shiny silky fleece. We kept her in full fleece to show and covid happened. She showed at Nationals in Nebraska and received a 6th place in the Full Fleece Suri Light Female Yearling Never Shorn. With her genetics we suspect she can be a fantastic producer for us.
We bred her to Sierra Bonita's Max because her mother produced such a stunner with that pairing before. She had a nice bright female and we expect her to develop very nicely.

Lacey's Decadent TiramisuSALE PENDING ! Lacey's Decadent TiramisuSuriFemaleMedium Brown AOA# DOB: 8/4/20183 yrs We remember this girl was born nearly right in front of a crowd without us noticing her mom was in labor. We looked up and there she was. This girl was a super sweetie like her mom (and her name) Tiramisu.
Her sire SoCal Greystone's Marquis, has produced crias that are fine with nice luster. Tiramisu's shorn fleece growing back had density and luster. We were impressed with fleece length regrowth in a short period of time. Since she had high luster, nice fineness and density, we showed her at a fall show. She took a 3rd in her class with some nice comments from the judge.
She is steeped with grey genetics on her sire's side, that includes a freckled rose grey from Greystone gen...

GLR ArmaniStunning Rose Grey Suri GLR ArmaniSuriHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn, Medium Rose Grey, Dark Rose Grey ARI# AOA# 32138368 DOB: 11/6/201011 yrs GLR Armani came from the Great Lakes Ranch breeding program. So, it was no shock that he took 3 reserve championships of which were Futurity and the National Alpaca Show. While, Armani originally was registered as fawn color, soon afterward his unique coloring appeared that still makes hearts pitter-patter. He has a regal presence, high luster, nice bone, an amazing freckled face - all with a gentle confidence. There aren't too many full Peruvian grays in the world, and Armani is ROSE gray--a shade of taupe that swirls and stripes his body like a water color painting. He puts a whole new spin on "unusual".
While Armani won numerous awards, we think even better yet, he has numerous award-...

Liv Like You R LovedRed velvet color Liv Like You R LovedHuacayaFemaleBay Black AOA# DOB: 6/8/20193 yrs Describe this girl's color to someone even with a color wheel - I'd say out of the wheelhouse. After shearing she reminded me of crushed velvet. She is likely a dark rose grey to bay black - similar to her half-brother Dizzy Gillepsi. She is a 4-Sight's Crawford daughter that we couldn't be happier about.
We named her after a song title, "Live like you're loved"... aka lovie - She is one of those girls, I decided to send her fleece in and added a little bamboo for a splash of color - did it turn out to be a fan favorite!
We bred her to Aslan didn't think she took and then tried Adelante but she adamantly refused. She birthed unassisted and had her dark male cria nursing by 7:30 am. A...

Boa's Aslan 2013A Regal Beauty Boa's Aslan 2013HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Dark Brown ARI# AOA# 32406382 DOB: 12/16/20138 yrs A male alpaca may be considered special when you go to look at a female for sale, have no plans on adding more males to your herd and you buy him anyway. We actually think he may be one of those true treasures that might have just sat around not being utilized. Too bad he didn't get a chance to be shown. Majestic looking, yet so cute you just want to squeeze him. He sometimes lets you. He is more of a loveable lion, like his name Aslan.
Obviously, this guy has great fleece coverage. He needed eye holes trimmed so he could see and although his whole face was sheared it grew back in again at 4 years old. He is a lovely color with a dark fawn/red hue. Still exhibiting beautiful coverage ...

After shearing you certainly see more silver spots neck and back hip area. We feel fortunate to own both her and her half-sister, Victoria. Their sire, Platinum Marquis was quite the multiple champion. Adding to that, her dam was a very lusterous fawn that had an AFD of 22.7 - SD of 5 at 5 years old! She also has Torbio in her lineage. He had a bit of a rough start, being a slow starter, so we never got to show him. In his first show when still owned by Halo Ranch, he placed 4th is a VERY competitive class, and he was the smallest in the class. We bought him and brought him home after that, and how he is a big, strong framed, heavy-fleeced boy. We will see his first crias now any day.

Tabokia's White Gold Gardeniacute factor Tabokia's White Gold GardeniaHuacayaFemaleWhite AOA# DOB: 9/1/20174 yrs What do you get when you do a repeat breed of a black dam to a medium silver guy when they had a medium silver cria together the year prior? You get a surprising reminder that grey is unpredictable as the least likely suspected color pops out! As I watched the delivery, I thought wow an all white head, white feet, likely be a tux but as she came out solid white from head to toe - well almost, she has grey skin at feet, dark eyes and eyelids with liner. While not positive she will stay all white, she sure seems to be. She would be a real stealth grey.
We thought about naming her sterling or grey gardenia just in case. One of my mom's favorite flowers were gardenias and she was aller...

Born from a smaller mom & dad that have amazing fiber and coverage, we didn't expect to add much in size but this was a first birth for her mom. She is certainly a standout in the pasture and her fleece looks & feels fabulous and just keeps coming in. We don't mind if she takes her time growing. Though it would have been nice if we were able to attend shows with her.
Zendaya's name means, to "give Thanks". For whatever reason the system had a glitch and we could not give her sire credit in the name. Oddest thing, we tried extra zz's in her name, and different variations. Finally it allowed the name from her dam, so Zendaya from Zurich th...

At Wayja's prior ranch she had some type of accident that she lost a big part of one of her ears - it thankfully doesn't seem to affect her, other than cosmetic.
Wayja birthed a nice fawn female named Willow for Alpacas At Windy Hill. She bred to our 2x Champion Kiss of the King. - hoping for a stellar 2022 cria.

AWH Yukon's Haleakala AWH Yukon's HaleakalaSuriHerdsire (Male)Beige ARI# AOA# 35106173 DOB: 9/3/20165 yrs AWH Yukon's Haleakala has a powerhouse pedigree-- Pperuvian Bruxo, DDF Peruvian MacGyver, Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Maccoyo Maximum, Pucara Kahuna, LFA Accoyo Belmonte--Generations of color, lock, luster, fineness and density!
His mother, Flicka, was my first champion alpaca, and is still one of my favorites, although retired now. Both she and his dad, OTN Peruvian Yukon, passed along their beautiful temperaments as well as all his sterling other traits.
Haleakala has the heaviest fleece on the property every year. I will be getting a skin biopsy done this year, and I expect it to be a high number. His beige fleece glows, even when it's dirty. His lock style is consistent front to ba...

Luna VuittonStunning color & fineness in her fleece Luna VuittonSuriFemale (bred)Medium Silver Grey AOA# DOB: 5/10/20148 yrs Luna Vuitton could not have been more aptly named. For those that know high fashion, the nod to Vuitton is appropriate. She has simply astounding color and unique pattern that commands attention. We were extremely excited to add her to our foundation. She is beautiful & not related to Platinum Marquis or Greystone as most all our grey females are. She also has a nice show record with a couple of first place ribbons and a 2nd at Great Western which is a large show. Luna is not just for those who fall in love with their eyes, her fleece feels as lovely as it looks in a silver grey and almost a rose pink hue color. Her histogram came in absolutely astounding! I had to look at her report more...

AWH Sniper's The Shadow AWH Sniper's The ShadowSuriHerdsire (Male)True Black ARI# AOA# 35106098 DOB: 8/3/20165 yrs AWH Sniper's The Shadow is a true black, "true blue" son of Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Sniper.
He is shiny and so black he sometimes flashes blue in the sunlight.
I pulled his fleece out to prepare it for processing and was immediately reminded of why I love this male so much! His fleece is heavy and black with no white fibers. It is also extremely lustrous with that wonderful depth of luster that is almost fiery. Combine those traits with a handle that reminds me of running my finger across clean glass, and you have a fleece to be envied anywhere.
His compact frame is right "in the box"-- square and correct in all proportions.
The Shadow's pedigree is awesome. His sire, Sierra...

4 Season's Freedombeautiful head, face & fleece 4 Season's FreedomHuacayaFemale (bred)Medium Fawn AOA# DOB: 5/24/200913 yrs Super-duper cute, girl. Truly the most adorable head and face. We must not be alone thinking that because this girl gets photographed all the time by visitors, media, etc.
Freedom has a nice frame & fleece. Freedom's histogram for an 8-year-old producing dam still came in with an average micron - nice uniformity and high frequency crimp. This girl ranks "really" well in her EPDs also. I had to give up one of her cute photo's just to post those stats. Really with all the registered huacayas out there top 1, 5, 15 & 25% in the majority of categories!
One of her offspring Aslan has fine, nice bright fleece in a beautiful dark brown/red color with that real full face coverage, the kin...

El R Rembrandt's AdelanteRembrandt, El Nino, Pperuvian Legacy El R Rembrandt's AdelanteHuacayaHerdsire (Male)White ARI# AOA# 32282887 DOB: 5/11/201111 yrs We looked at Adelante a little while back and were impressed with his density and beautiful, bright, fleece. At the time we didn't have a lot of light-colored females to utilize him but recently we decided to scoop him up. His pedigree shows some classics; El Nino, Pperuvian Legacy & Caligula. His dam won a championship in fawn at the California Classic. His sire is top 5% EPDs most every category. Read about his sire, Rembrandt by El Nino, who was awarded championships three times along with a reserve championship in his show career. His skin biopsy was referred to as a high density animal, to quote "This view is supported by the high level of secondary follicle development that has occu...

Kiss of the King2X Champion - Kahuna linebreed Kiss of the KingSuriHerdsire (Male)Beige ARI# AOA# 35103882 DOB: 7/5/20165 yrs How could one be smitten since 2 weeks of age? Especially when you are a grey fleece fan and this color doesn't typically excite you. He is that beautiful! We encouraged others to get their eyes and hands on him and in doing so, it landed his sire more dates. We nearly drooled over this guy when the breeze caught his fleece. This guy's dam, Kisu, name means "kiss" in Japanese so we thought we would come up with a name with kiss. Hence, Kiss of the King (though I could just about kiss myself for making this breeding decision) When we were going through our breeding options we decided to forgo a nice full Accoyo breeding & try for a linebreed on Kahuna with the beautiful sire, OTN Peruvian...
